Hotel management is a field that recruits lots of human resources and offers students the opportunity to work in a professional, disciplined environment with stable income and growth opportunities. Graduates can work in hotels throughout the country, travel areas, resorts, tourist and hotel projects, tourist accommodation establishments. After graduation, students are able to work as receptionists, restaurant staff and a conference staff. Depending on personal ability, practical experience, working environment and type of hotel, students cantake over higher positions such as reception, chamber and restaurant supervisors or managers at small hotel.

- Specialized subjects: Specialized English 1 - 2 - 3,receptionist service, chamber service, business ethics in tourism, food processing, restaurant management and catering services, Hospitality Management, Service Desk - Bar, Planning Skills , Tourism Management, Resort Management, Event Management, Culinary Culture, etc.

The training program equips students with basic and advanced knowledge on professional skills and soft skills in hotel management so that graduates are able to work independently, have enough capacity to fulfill assigned tasks, be aware and solve real problems in hotel business. Particularly, graduates are capable of working in a foreign environment, as well as integrating and connecting with the modern tourism business in the region and the world.

Knowledge: be equipped with basic knowledge of social sciences, humanities, management science, business administration and advanced knowledge in hotel business.

Skills: master the skills of applying, executing, managing, operating and supervising basic operations in hotel business units (accommodation, restaurant, catering, additional services, etc.) and other services. Participate in the adjustment and implementation of strategies, projects, business plans of hotel business, as well as policy implementation in the state management agencies in tourism, conducting independent research inhotel business, participating in scientific research, teaching about hotel business. They can respond and communicate professionally and fluently and use at least one fluent foreign language in professional work.

Attitude: enjoy the job, be dedicated to the profession, be willing to overcome difficulties to complete the task and obey labor discipline well. Be aware of striving to grow their profession. Be friendly with all members at work. Have the spirit of cooperation with colleagues in all professional activities.

Graduates can work in hotels all over the country, tourist resorts, resorts, tourism and hotel projects, tourist accommodation establishments.

After graduation, the student is capable of handling a position of receptionist, restaurant staff, and conference staff. Depending on personal ability, practical experience, working environment and type of hotel, learners are able to undertake higher positions such as supervision of receptionist, chamber, restaurant or manager at small hotel management. 


All faculty lectures have designed the syllabus for teaching reasonably through comments and suggestions from faculty board as well as colleagues. In addition, faculty lectures often apply a variety of teaching and learning methods, choosing the most appropriate methods to achieve the desired learning outcomes. In addition, the use of a variety of media in the teaching of teachers also contributed to the success of the lecture. Every year, lectures make a plan to enhance their own development teaching skills, job descriptions and send them to the Faculty Board for support.

Lectures of the Faculty also strive to improve their ability to use the technology in e-lesson plans, apply information technology in their lectures (use PowerPoint, fine-arts and videos in practical teaching, providing students with a more visually visual way of learning), giving students practical exercises that are close to the specific majors with the desire to give a better support for access to knowledge. All lecturers in the faculty are able to apply the benefits of information technology to create a lively environment and learning environment and excitement for students.
