With the development of the society, the demand of traveling is increasing and tourism has become the smoke-free industry in the country. As a result, students can easily find jobs in travel and tourism companies, hospitality management and tourism, travel agencies, tourism service business, tourist guides, entertainment business locations, resorts, or other business services such as airlines, representative offices, and travel agents.

Production of Training Program

Introducing the training program 

Graduated from high school or equivalent.

- Number of academic years: 03

- Module: 35 - 37 subjects

- Credit: 90

- Major subjects: Specialized English 1 - 2 - 3, Travel Management, Tourism design and management 1 - 2, Professional tour guide, Tourism Exploratory Tour, Tourist Route , Tourism quality management, attractions and museum system in Vietnam, presentation and organizing of tourism activities, communication skills in tourism, planning skills, activity plans, etc.

Basic knowledge of tourism, development conditions of the tourism industry, natural and human tourism resources, natural and cultural heritage, world and Vietnam cultures, tourism destinations, tourism marketing , travel marketing, event organization  , travel business and tourism professional skills following the standards of Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and Europe.

 Knowledge of travel management: research and marketing, organization of tourism service supplies, quality management of tourism products and management, supervision of travel business, tourism religion, travel management, tourism geography, event management, travel guides, PR and media events.

Intensive knowledge: designing and managing tour programs, planning, advertising tour, sales of travel products, establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, customer care and handle arising issues during the tour.

Additional professional knowledge: professional ethics, state management policies on tourism, environmental protection and sustainable tourism development, culinary culture and accommodation.

With the development of the society, the demand of traveling is increasing and tourism has become the smoke-free industry in the country. As a result, students can easily find jobs in travel and tourism companies, hospitality management and tourism, travel agencies, tourism service business, tourist guides, entertainment business locations, resorts, or other business services such as airlines, representative offices, and travel agents. 

All faculty members have designed the syllabus for teaching reasonably through comments and suggestions from faculty board as well as colleagues. In addition, faculty lectures often apply a variety of teaching and learning methods, choosing the most appropriate methods to achieve the desired learning outcomes. In addition, the use of a variety of media in the teaching of teachers also contributed to the success of the lecture. Every year, lectures make a plan to enhance their own development teaching skills, job descriptions and send them to the Faculty Board for support.

Lectures of the Faculty also strive to improve their ability to use the technology in e-lesson plans, apply information technology in their lectures (use PowerPoint, fine-arts and videos in practical teaching, providing students with a more visually visual way of learning), giving students practical exercises that are close to the specific majors with the desire to give a better support for access to knowledge. All lecturers in the faculty are able to apply the benefits of information technology to create a lively environment and learning environment and excitement for students.
